DELUXE PACKAGE

The deluxe service plan comes with the following:

1. Deluxe V611 devices that includes a router & line port (FXO) asside from a phone port
2. Remote PCPHONE one install in a  Laptop for remote use or if you have an iphone we can supply the credentials to use. Also, available free from www.counterpatch.com  the x-lite softphone as an option. This remote device has its own extension number to call the magictalkbox.  This remote can call unlimited to other extension and provided with 200 minutes monthly.
3. Personal attendant console (PAC) that is installed in your PC or laptop so you can manage your feature os your extenion. You can even get your calls in your cell phone if you are not near the magictalk box.

This deluxe model is equipped for 911 calls provided you have a local telephone line connected to the line port of the device.

Furthermore, if you locate this deluxe package in a foreign country, you will be able to call local in that country for FREE provided a local line is connected to
 the line port of the device.

BASIC AND PLUS PLAN

These plan is our two most basic plans. The only difference is that the PlUS has its own private number while the BASIC does have a shared US numbers for your callers to reach the user. When a caller dial the US numbers assigned to BASIC, the caller will hear an automated operation that says " WELCOME TO THE AUTOATTENDANT, PLEASE ENTER THE EXTENSION
NUMBER". The caller must enter your assigned extension number.
There are a minimum of 4 US number for your caller to reach you. Each of the 4US number  has the capacity to process 20 calls simuoltaneously so chances of busy line is remote.

BYOD OR BUY YOUR OWN DEVICE.

You are have the option to use your own device which is compatible with our serveres. We shall provide you with the credentials necessary to connect with our servers. We provide an hour assistance if you run into some problem.

FAMILY PLAN

The family plan must go with the family plan device and the user must purchase these together. It uses 2 GW 120  devices. Its intended for user with family in a foreign countries to provide unlimited calls between the 2 devices. Only one of the device will have unlimited features to call US, Canada and Puerto Rico phones. However, we provide 100 minutes monthly for the other unit to enable the other unit to contact the primary unit in case the primary unit does not answer.
